🍪 Payment due.
You pay, I bake! Payment is required up front so that I can source your ingredients, spectacular sprinkles, and packaging. Your payment reserves your pick-up date too! Win win for all of us!

🍪 No show = no cookies.
These cookies are best enjoyed fresh! Not showing up to the agreed upon pickup time forfeits your order. But take heart - we’ll donate to a family in need. Need to reschedule your order? Please reach out 3 days prior to your pickup time.

🍪 Refunds.
I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment is accepted. (excludes rush orders). Unfortunately, after that time, l cannot offer refunds as I have likely already started ordering items for your cookie creation. But the good news - you get the cookies!

🍪 Pick up Dates and Times.
All orders are pick up at my home or delivery within 5 miles. (Exact location will be given at time of order). My home is not open to the public (so please, no window shopping!), and pick up/delivery times must be arranged. I try my best to send a reminder the day before pick up - but be sure to put that cookie pickup and address in your calendar just incase!

🍪 Change Cutoff.
Decisions are tough! But I'm here to help. Changes can possibly be made up until 2 weeks before pick up date. All change requests will be under consideration and depending on the changes, may require additional costs.

🍪 Inspiration.
Thank you so much for bringing those inspo pictures! They're just that - inspiring! But your cookies may not be perfect replicas - I'll try to keep it close but we love to put our own twist on things!

🍪 Illness.
We know that you can't control when you have come in contact with a person who is sick, and I want to work with you. Need to reschedule your event? I can freeze your cookies for up to 2 weeks so you can stay home and rest.

While I strive to be as reliable as a perfectly baked cookie, life sometimes has other plans. If I find myself under the weather (or buried under a mountain of tissues), I may need to cancel your order when it is in everyone's best interest to avoid the germs. But don’t worry, a full refund will be served.

🍪 In a hurry?
While I can't accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort too. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 7 days will have a 35% rush fee.

🍪 Product Photography.
Say Cheese! Your cookies might be internet famous! Unless you object, I may snap a pic and share the sugary goodness on social media (after an event), because great cookies deserve their 15 minutes of fame. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me.

🍪 Copycats.
Copyrighted images are protected, and I won't be able to replicate them as perfectly baked goods. However, I can make a similar color palette or concept though - so let's talk!

🍪 Pictures are worth a thousand words.
But they're not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you end up with. Also - cookies in photos may not be true to size! (which is a bummer, l'd frankly love to eat an 8.5x11 inch cookie) Our cookies typically run around 3-4 inches at their widest point.

🍪 It's All Yours Now.
Once you pick up your order, what happens to your cookies is all on you! Keep 'em safe, keep 'em cool (but not in the fridge!), and keep 'em from falling off the car seat. I have more cookie care info in the Cookie Details section of my page!

🍪 Achoo! Allergies?
Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate, I can't always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. However, please do reach out, and we may be able to work something out or find an alternative baker!

🍪 Cottage Food Laws.
This product was produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection, and that may also process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, sesame, wheat, milk, fish, and crustacean shellfish. My ingredients are listed here.

🍪 In Sickness and in Health.
While death will never do us part, you're consuming food and with the consumption of anything (including that ice cream last night) there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities - albeit, hopefully far reaching.

🍪 Pay means Yay.
Once you've submitted (awesome) payment for your (awesome) order because you're awesome, you're accepting the above terms. Which is awesome!
