Hi! I'm Lacey Pomerantz, the owner of Coop's Cookie Company. 

I have always enjoyed the creativity of cooking and baking and have a deep love and appreciation for art that I learned from my mom. This love for baking and art has turned into a creative opportunity to create custom cookies and bring clients' ideas into edible art.

In my personal life, I am a school psychologist, wife, and mom (to both a human and dogs!). In fact, Coop's Cookie Co. is named after my son, Cooper. While Cooper doesn't help make the cookies, he does enjoy eating them!
